Do you book flights or transport directly?
No. We do not sell airline tickets or transport. We provide expert analysis, coordination support, and guidance — while airline tickets, airline pet fees, and transport costs are paid directly by you to the provider.
Are veterinary costs included?
In White-Glove Concierge, the standard export vet visit and health certificate fee are included. Vaccinations, blood tests, medical treatment, or additional veterinary services are paid directly by you. Guided and Route Review tiers do not include vet fees.
Are government or customs fees included?
Government fees charged directly by authorities (such as import permits or taxes) are not included and are paid directly by you. We coordinate the process to ensure requirements are met correctly.
What if I have more than one pet?
Guided Support includes 1 pet, with additional pets at +$500 per pet. White-Glove Concierge includes 1 pet, with additional pets at +$1,250 per pet. Multi-pet journeys often require additional coordination, which is reflected in pricing.
Do you help with pet-friendly hotels or accommodations?
Yes — as part of Guided and White-Glove Concierge. We help identify genuinely pet-friendly hotels or extended stays and provide access to preferred partner rates where available. Accommodation costs are paid directly by you.
Do you add markups to hotels or bookings?
No. You pay accommodation and travel costs directly. When bookings are made through our partner network, we may receive a commission — allowing us to provide planning support without charging extra booking fees.
Can you guarantee my pet will be approved or travel on a specific flight?
No. Airline and government decisions are outside our control. What we do is ensure your plan is compliant, realistic, and well-coordinated, significantly reducing the risk of delays, denials, or last-minute issues.

We support many international routes, with White-Glove Concierge availability depending on destination, regulations, and partner coverage. Your Route Review Call is the best way to confirm feasibility for your specific route.
